It’s interesting because LLMs *can* have a substantial benefit in designing better guides. Assuming you have a team of people which PhDs working from good data to build the model. Not, you know, a handful of tech bros with Google.

I work in genetic medicine, and this is bullshit. We are nowhere near being able to change genes at that scale, to say nothing about identifying those genes or even the biology of eg needing less sleep.

What I noticed in having these conversations is that what people like about trans people is that we are true to ourselves. They like that we don't conform to societal expectations, that we are bold and uncompromising, and live life on our own terms.
