Fantastic work!

It's an amazingly well-designed kit, like most of their range.

Sadly, no - it was very experimental, and I honestly wasn't expecting it to turn out as well as it did!

Except for the giant, armless suit, yes...

Updated Warp Spiders are surely a sign of the end times.

Could be worse...

That looks super safe! 10/10, no notes.

Oddly enough, I've painted very few terminators over the years, but here's a few models from back in my commission business days... bsky.app/profile/wils...

'k... Maelstrom's Edge Broken Sniper, De-orkified Squiggbuggy, Miniature Scenery tactical vehicle (Made from laser cut MDF! Sorcery!) and an old Space Marine quad attack bike made by cutting up too many regular bikes.

My most popular model over there by far, at least for the last couple of years, was this guy - bsky.app/profile/wils... Oddly, the second best was a pic of two unpainted RT-era Ork dreadnoughts... Which is slightly discouraging after several years of posting painted miniatures... :D

Still the best version of Tyranid Warriors...

Even ignoring for a moment that female pirate were a thing, the sheer absurdity of calling out 'improbable female pirates' in the face of the improbable, you know, everything else in those movies...

My take on the Banshee, by Jana Heidersdorf.

The flip side of that is people recommending games that are just not what is being looked for... I remember back in the day when Infinity was just getting going, and people kept recommending it as an alternative to 40K despite being a totally different game in pretty much every possible way.

Militus Battlesuit - a plastic kit for Maelstrom's Edge (Yes, I'm a little biased, but I've built and converted a lot of these... :) )

Dredging these out of the vault... This was my first Space Marine army, the Imperial Dragons, assembled and painted back in 1994/95. The colour scheme switched to Dark Angels Green when the coloured metallics were discontinued.

Noice... I made a few lictors from assorted bits and pieces back in my eBay days, (long before there was a plastic model!) but have never actually painted one.

That's very nice, that is!

Lovely work, and fantastic models!

That's a lovely, clean job!

Fun fact - the SecDef Field Commander was sculpted by industry legend Bob Naismith. The Broken sniper was my first (partial) model sculpting credit. The original model was done by David Whitaker, and then I did some tweaking on the weapon and sculpted the camo cloak. So I'm quite proud of it. :)

They are, indeed! Removed the Chaos symbols, rounded the shoulders, trimmed the corners off the head armour & used them for ears & added toes. Also had to cut and resculpt regular marine legs, as these were done from the Bloodletter Juggers, before GW released their Thunderwolf models.

Thanks! Although he's not a GK - He's part of my 'Iron Wolves' Space Wolf army - bsky.app/profile/wils...
