通常の起訴取り下げ裁判は自動的に司法省の意見が通るんだが、あまりにも法的根拠のない政治利用、且つ市長と司法省が握っているので同じ側になり、裁判所として判断するために市長・司法省の主張を否定する第3者が必要となった。低能ブロンド以下チンピラが支配するトランプの政治武器と化した司法省ではマトモな検察官は辞めるしかない、昨日もトランスのアスリート排除命令を出したトランプに対しメイン州知事が連邦・州法に従うと反論したら、トランプはその場でオレ様（ホワイトハウス）が法律だと凄んだばかり。 /2
