This is still a thing that's happening. I'm probably settling in on Sunday nights EST. Still need some time to refresh myself on OBS, set up all the creator stuff on Twitch, etc. Any advice would be welcome!

To extrapolate, my birthday is around the corner, and I got to hang out and play board games with a bunch of the IONGAMING cast last night. They are wonderful friends, and I am so lucky to call them that. More than ever, it's so comforting to know we have folks to lighten up with in our lives. 🥸

I imagined how goofy the shoulders would end up looking, giggled, then immediately drew it because I needed to see it made real

In summer 2018, Washington Harbour senior property manager Kim Keheler got a call that there were men swimming in the fountain. "It's the Washington Capitals." "... Well, let them swim." Today, a plaque was unveiled commemorating the epic celebration.

ITS HIS DAY

I actually do think an AI model could observe and replicate game logic, and that might even be a useful tool for development! But this is like saying a photocopy of a painting is "preservation." It's misleading and an insult to the thankless work we archivists do. I'm offended and sickened by this.

Today would be a lovely day to cancel your Game Pass subscription and give half of it monthly to @gamehistoryorg.bsky.social instead.

Cheaters Cheetah is a chaotic multiplayer FPS game, where everyone has access to cheats like wallhacks, aimbots, spinbots, etc. The game is set in a prison for former FPS cheaters, and the round's winner gets to destroy the losers with a ban hammer. (Support it by wishlisting on Steam)

I can think of few spaces, digital or real, that have shaped my imagination in the way that City 17 and Dunwall did. Rest in peace, Viktor Antonov.

Going live at twitch.tv/thefinerthingsttv - @ducksindisguise.bsky.social will be playing The Blues Brothers on SNES!

Babycrab's godmother Cindy (I worked for her game store as a teenager) absolutely wrecked me at this once. Good times. ⭐️

Happy 10-year anniversary to Celestium, my favorite Global Game Jam entry (not least of which because I got to work with @totter87.bsky.social), back when I did such things.

I see people saying this sort of thing often, and quite frankly it makes me sad. The truth is, more people are making good adventure games now than were ever made during the “golden age” of the 90s. For example: 🧵

Next week would have been my 8th year at ZeniMax. It was a wild ride inside & outside the office – from game releases and conventions, to getting married and having our son. Please keep me in mind if you have an opportunity opening up, and wish me luck in this next chapter!
