I don't think Ian Sales is on here, but I remember he was a big Lawrence Durrell fan. Here's a curiosity I picked up at the Utrecht Station free book table a few weeks back, the 1959 edition of _The Black Book_: NOT TO BE SOLD IN U.S.A. or U.K. as the back flap has it (too gay, too pervy).
