Therapy session today was tough. After miscommunication with a family member and the anniversary of the death of Mum and dad and the fatal RTA I witnessed I popped a couple of diazepam to ease my anxiety. My pain levels are high, add some morphine= very emotional, thankfully no panic attacks

I quit smoking 5mths ago but also quit using prescribed medical cannabis for pain and anxiety. GP was pleased about that and then asked is that why your pain medication has increased? 🙄 So sick of having to argue the fucking toss with medical people...I call the GP once in a blue moon
