Huge bowl of spicy beans, rice, and vegetables. SOS free. Eat cheap like a villager. 25 lbs of dried beans can be purchased for $20 to $30 and makes hundreds of servings in an Instapot. Other starches include ing sacks of potatoes, rice, oatmeal nearly as cheap as beans.
