My son is profoundly autistic. I am posting about this on social media, and I will not stop. I wish my son had a brother like Neri. We need to bring him home.

I'm not surprised. After all, she is the one who tried to put a positive spin on shooting goats and puppies.

I don't regularly read the NYT, just the occasional article, but this guy can't possibly be serious!!? Wow. Just, wow.

Rubio WAS a big that hit a windshield yesterday.
Any talking head can parrot state propaganda, and Rubio has proven he is a fine talking head. And that is why his job is pointless, and that is why Trump gave it to him to begin with.

On second thought, I think the best course of action would be a unified visual and vocal protest during Trump's speech. In light of The Oval Office's ambushing of Zelensky, something that acknowledges Ukraine's national identity. And show no respect for the Liar in Chief's speech. Drown him out.

Low Road Democrats! I love it! I mean, we don't want to become them, but for democracy's sake we've got to fight harder and not cringe at punching down.

My first thought was don't go.
But then I realized that you should use this opportunity to organize a protest. A big one. A loud one. It sounds like the state of the Union address already coincides with the March 4 Liberty protests. Get every Democrat on board.
Trump (the man) deserves no respect.

I just showed this to my wife, and she said, "Oh they passed ridiculous a long time ago."

We effectively have an enemy-sympathizer in the White House. Well, probably two of them. Hell, it's probably safe to call them enemy combatants at this point.

I don't wanna live in the Idiocracy prequel ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ Okay, I had to get that out of my system. Again. Thanks for the camaraderie. We're going to need it going forward.

Nazi Germany or Star Trek's Empire: neither is a good look on an embattled democracy 😥

As the father of an autistic child and brother to someone who probably would've been diagnosed with Asperger's, I call b#//$hi# on that. Musk has too many connections to political groups that align with Nazi salutes and apartheid values to be able to give him a pass on this.

I had the same response: WTF?! Then I thought to myself, "Hey Elon, your apartheid is showing." It's not surprising that he did those salutes, but it's almost unfathomable that he did it at that time, in that place. This is going to be bad, my friend.

It is foolish to look at the problems faced by liberal democracies and think these are a function or feature of liberal democracy, believing that authoritarian systems are immune to these same problems. We have seen the enemy, and they are us. I'll stick with John Locke and the Founding Fathers.

One misstep closer to an orwellian nightmare. Okay, that might be the pessimist overshadowing the realist in me, but this does not give me good vibes.

This is incredibly disturbing. Like, orwellian disturbing.
