🎯 I will vote strategically for the party that will kick Sylvia Jones to the curb. FORD is a Trump supporter & will continue to sell Ontaro out. I will vote for a bag of hammers before I cast a vote for a malignant CON! #SaveOntario #FordsGottaGo #NeverVoteConservative

FORD should have already ripped up the Starlink deal but I suspect Ford's unwavering support of a 🍊🤡 will move the overpriced deal with MuskRAT forward... Corruption is the name of the game they are playing, don't be fooled! #FordHasGotToGo #CorruptAF

I am a physician. I felt your coverage of COVID-19 tended to minimize its risks. When the medical community criticized you for it, you behaved the same way you are here. Canada has many talented journalists. You are replaceable. Stop minimizing the valid concerns of your listeners. Read the room.

If that's the case, then you & the CBC haven't take care to 1. convey what the show will actually be about, 2. frame the Q properly, 3. read the room, 4. respect listeners. Where you have succeeded though is 1. alienating listeners, 2. making them lose respect for both you AND the CBC. Congrats.

"Eduardo Verástegui gave a provocative gesture that resembled the controversial salute Steve Bannon gave that resembled provocative gesture Elon Musk gave" - The Daily Beast, probably.

This is disappointing. Why are you picking up the rhetoric instead of dismantling it? Why are you parroting the US media? How does this serve Canadians? It's embarrassing, amateur and cowardly. Let them hear our voices framed by our own questions and concerns. Not using their frame of annexation.

We are not upset, we are appalled that the CBC is working in the service of Trump by normalizing his insane and dangerous rhetoric. Romanticizing the idea of invasion by the US is terribly irresponsible of you. I am normally a big fan, but today I am ashamed of my CBC. Selling us out for ratings.

Here's something that is important to talk about. Doug Ford's seeking out of Elon Musk. Giving him the 100 million. Spending tens of millions during a FOX interview with President Musk/Trump AND that tunnel thing? Elon owns a boring company. Ford is selling us OUT and you need to spotlight THAT.

If the CBC will not stand up for Canada, why should we listen? The more you sane-wash the insanity coming from the US, the more the stupid Canadians think it ain’t so bad. STOP IT. Canadians will fight for the CBC but not if you’re gonna be Fox Light. MSNBC doesn’t sane wash this. Take a cue.

I see you're normalizing the rhetoric of an insane fascist dictator like it's something to reasonably discuss. Way to be part of the problem. I expect far more from anyone educated on the history of the world but especially a journalist like yourself. The ratio speaks for itself. Fix this.

Trump’s “51st state” comments are either the inane ramblings of a stupid man - in which case they should be ignored - or dangerous threats from a former ally - in which case they should be treated seriously and not like a fun and fluffy conversation starter designed to drive engagement.

Canadians are overwhelmingly against being annexed by the US. The small percentage who are in favour are largely confused about what that would mean, or outright bigots. If the CBC both sides this thing they inevitably spread misinformation and, very likely, hate.

Thank you. You're most welcome. My, what whiskers you have.

"Like it or not, alternatives to fossil fuels – nuclear power excepted – are not economical, reliable, or viable at scale." "In contrast, fossil fuels will remain immensely profitable business for the foreseeable future. It is economic malpractice to ignore this fact." Boom! What climate crisis? 🤦

"Our competitiveness agenda must be focused on opportunities and incomes for working Canadian families, not just the economic 1 per cent." Laudable goal, yet so many of the policies espoused & proposed by the conservative opposition and your personal puppet serve exactly YOUR own economic 1% group.

"Davos elitism" "The elitist priorities of Canada’s current leaders" "Avoiding economic elitism" That's a lot of "elitism" coming from a privileged member (oops, am I being too woke?) of the elite class himself.

"We must break down interprovincial trade barriers, open internal markets, lower taxes, reduce subsidies, thin regulation, get our resources out of the ground, build export-oriented infrastructure,..." ⬇️ taxes for whom? ⬇️ regulation? ⬆️ resource extraction? - to benefit who exactly? Us lowly people?

"But it should be, and we need leaders who share that belief, who oppose the woke denigration of Canada, and who are prepared to see this fight through to victory." Woke denigration of Canada... Really, Stephen?

Yes! And something with red hair maybe. Okay Marsha, you've got some more work to do. We. Want. Badges. When do we want them? Now! Oops, this ain't a protest? Um, I'm clearly getting punch-drunk tired... 🥱 So maybe off to 🛏️ I go. Night all!

Bios with all kinds of symbols? Might as well all be ⬜ ⬜ ⬜ cuz basically that's what I see. As for emojis (a word I can't pronounce), I'm quite sure I've sent a 'go take a flying leap!' instead of a 'have a nice day! one more times than once. Oops. 🤷
