Happily retired. Don't quite know where the day goes but it really does go! Love to knit.
Pamper my cats. Yep I am a geezer no longer in training.

Only reason it would start to felt is if you agitate it a lot. So plop it in the sink, massage it to get the water and soap through it. Rinse it a few times till the water runs clear. Wring to get the excess water out. Then I usually put it between a couple of towels and stomp on it. Then lay out.

It is so not scary. Gently wash it - bathroom sink with some cool water and a little tiny bit of soap . Plunk it in and massage it around a bit, rinse, squeeze out the water then put a couple of towels on the floor. Put the sweater down and make it the shape you want and let it dry. That's it.

And Mark Twain! You can do Mark Twain at some point in the future. When traveling. He would apparently rent cats from people so he would have cats to hang out in his place and sleep with. Georgia done

You go to ravelry.com and look at Jughead beanie by Ariel. That's the one I use.

I usually make a hat! My favorite currently is the Jughead hat which you knit flat and then just seam into a round quirky little thing.

Me too. I would choke down a few of them with a big chunk of bacon so I could pretend they weren't there.
In Oregon and my husband couldn't even find fresh black eyed peas to get. When asked the people at the store said, Why would you want those? I guess we aren't living in the South anymore....

Well you'd feel right at home in our place - we finally managed to get our Balinese mask up in our new house that we moved into a year ago... I love your masks -those look great. Kudos on dealing with a curved wall!

All my pictures on my phone are either cats, garden plants that I think are interesting that I want to acquire. Or scenery. People what are people?

Yep I have a box that holds all the little notes that my mother wrote me for years and years and years. Don't know why I started saving them but now I have them and she's gone and one day I will open that box and pick one out and smile.

Yep our cat stripe does the very same thing in fact he walks up and starts getting anxious if we don't turn off the TV and start getting ready for bed at the right time.

Oh yes we're in Oregon and experiencing the very same thing. I think it's rained almost 7 in the last 2 days and it's dark outside. But yes it's very cozy and it's wonderful when you have a nice fire and a warm cat.

We have them and yes those are great things to have for moving almost anything. You just have to get it adjusted right and have it well positioned when you stand up.

Yep I would always sing it to myself as I drove from Baytown Texas to Austin Texas where I was going to college. Or vice versa

We were out in Springfield on our property and we only got a bit of green glow when we took a time lapse photography but I could tell there was a lot of extra light in the sky. Glad you got a better view!
