Going rate for surrogacy is around $100k plus 100% coverage of healthcare costs, I believe. The "host" gets the money upon forced pregnancy.
Then, we get into life insurance for fetuses. Include fetus on census. Child tax credits upon conception.

This is the disruptor mentality we need to start doing loudly. Introduce legislation for all unborn fetuses to be eligible for any entitlement, especially anything that can harm business. Insurance is a great start!
