Seriously. Yes, there is more research and data about measles vaccination, because it causes sterilizing immunity and HAS BEEN AROUND FOR 60 MORE YEARS THAN THE COVID VACCINE. Having to choose between everyone getting measles vaccines or kids getting covid vaccines...that's not how it works.

Ignoring mpox and its spread in African countries puts the whole world at risk. We have a vaccine that can effectively stop the outbreak but access in the parts of the world that need it most remains a challenge. We have to keep speaking about this. Thanks @kakape.bsky.social

My female coworker and I had a talk about how we had both been a little bothered by him in the past, but no one else seemed to have any issues with him so we assumed we were just being overly sensitive and dramatic. Call out your colleagues, especially if you are a man in a position of power.

My female coworker and I (both 30-ish) once had a meeting with a database guy. One of the doctors I was working with came to part of the meeting and left. After it was over, the guy said, "How do you deal with him? He's such an asshole and is so sexist, I'm a man and offended"...
