How do we even know that Elon's DOGE hackers aren't using their computer skills to peel money off of everyone's Social Security accounts? WE DON'T KNOW. There is no transparency. All we know is Elon's goal was to find 2 trillion dollars without touching Social Security, and that's impossible.

Learning from folks who understand Treasury that the dept merely cuts checks from payment request sent by other agencies. (I.e. they are accounts payable) If he was really trying to find budget items to “slash,” he’d be examining requests created by individual agencies, not checks cut by Treasury 1/
