It's also kind of funny with how anti-capitalist greed the messaging in the first game was that the sequel is apparently the first to charge $80 for the base version.

The process of learning involves internalising the knowledge and then demonstrating you understand the concept, not editing the output of the worlds biggest, dumbest calculator.

It's really simple. If they got the info from researching and wrote the paper themselves, they understand the theory. If ChatGPT did the research and wrote the paper, they won't understand shit.

They’ve bought out Streamo. They just acquired Flunki. Pibmow got acquired. Neepee was subsumed in a merger. They gobbled up Skunt. You can totally Philo your Skunt library now. I’m literally consuming Skunt with Philo as we speak.

AI is a wholly parasitic technology. It has hoovered up centuries of human cultural production and can reconfigure it in a split section to produce the simulacrum of original human thought, but it can never replace that. IMO, we'll miss the products of genuine human thought when it's gone.

It's going to eventually get to the point where your average person can't be reasonably expected to spot it, and that's going to be BAD.

Main character should just summon characters from other films after getting their ass kicked enough times. Fully takes out Malenia with John Wick and Iron Man.

I'm starting to believe that it's a bad idea asking the people who are profiting from the rot what to do about all this rot.

Does the 'growth' really matter if only like .1% are seeing any of it?

To be fair to Rees-Mogg Sr, he just observes that chaos is always happening somewhere, and suggests how it can be profited from. It seems to have been his Son's generation that made the leap to 'lets cause chaos so we can profit from it.' No idea how any of us have the power to stop it.
comment in response to post
Yep. Famously the book 'Blood in the Streets' by James Dale Davidson & William Rees-Mogg describes the process of profiting from social chaos. His son is Jacob Rees-Mogg, one of the architects of brexit. Probably just a coincidence.

GPT fawning is low key repulsive. I don't even know how to describe it other than it feels like I'm being lied to in a very specific way.

I have two friends who did biology and chemistry to phd level, and the first thing they were told at A-level & again at degree level was "forget everything you learned for the last two years, because it's so oversimplified it's basically wrong."

Is there any way you could share the direct evidence, or make it available to the public via sympathetic media sources?

I can't help but feel nobody's running FR because there is just *too* much setting lore, so there's always the risk of getting an 'um actually' player contradicting you at the table even if you think you've read everything you need to.
comment in response to post
You need to be so careful. At every stage you need to make it clear that you had help, and you couldn't do this every day, and make sure they write that down. It shouldn't be this way, it's inhuman.

It's still not working properly either, Temptation's Hook is impossible to target (try it; reprisal weapons > swords gives you nothing when the tome pops in the loot feed). I know it's not a particularly good sword, but the point is it hasn't worked since the episode started and STILL isn't fixed.

It's not something you can respectfully disagree on, saying some people should just be killed. It removes all possibility for redemption and worse, opens the door for people to expand its remit in nightmarish ways. I'd recommend you do more reading around the subject - it never goes anywhere good.
