The horns. The last echo of a once triumphant battle cry, now reduced to a dying hymn of a failed nation. The air is filled with the haunting melody that comes after. The melody is a chill, not just from the winter but the chill that comes when dreams die.

Completely different situation there though, you appear to have been screaming an actual question into the void.

And if you think that part is farfetched, wait until you get to the bit about the antichrist's head wound miraculously healing

On the other hand I really only know of a couple types of people who actually still READ books and they're all pretty similar. Buying the latest copy of some statement piece to show your support for whatever by leaving it on your coffee table doesn't count, none of those people read a goddamn thing.

Was he ever even above water (above the MoE) in swing state polls? I seem to recall him being down like 5-6 points (and doing nothing visible to correct that) for most of the year.

So do all who live to see such times, but that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us.

I find it infinitely ironic that the weaknesses of "AI" (hallucinations, only the thinnest ability to reason, confident incorrectness, low ability to deal with anything outside what it's been trained on) are also features of the average person. We truly did make that monster in our own image.

This doesn't get talked about enough. There is no recovery of much that demographic for the dems in this post-Obama era.
