They already kinda have that in the form of Windows 365, which is just VDI for the consumer. It's also really expensive for not a lot of resources, so it's incredibly hard to justify for both personal and business uses

Sounds like me. When I'm in the car if people are having a conversation while there's music playing (even softly) it's enough noise that I can't follow the conversation and people think I'm ignoring them when I don't catch something directed at me
