I've seen a lot of Italians saying they have the best pizza, but then they pull out a soffy bit off dough drowned in olive oil, and smeared in tomato paste with the most inconsistent layering of cheese I've ever seen, and somehow they ALWAYS burn the dough?? Despite the bucket of olive oil?!?
