Mein Mitgefühl 🖤.
Ich kann das so gut nachfühlen. Wir haben auch ein schwer erkranktes Tier bei uns und begleiten es. Er ist auch über 17 Jahre. Aber leichter wird es trotzdem nicht.

Nr. 1 stimmt leider oft. Daran stören sich auch sehr viele junge Mitarbeiter, die das schwer nachvollziehen können. Zuständigkeit liegt am Rechtsgebiet. Eigentlich gedacht, damit Vorgänge nicht mehrfach bearbeitet werden. Jeder im Amt lernt als erstes: Zuständigkeit prüfen 😉.

Leider nicht ganz so einfach wie dargestellt. Ich arbeite nach 25 Jahre Pflege nun seit 15 Jahren im Amt. Daher kenne ich beide Seiten.
