None factor into the ending, but you should definitely finish all the relationship stuff + their quests, as one really feels like it should be mandatory for the story.

Issues that have flare ups can hopefully be managed in various ways, even if lifelong. It definitely sucks to have a lifelong condition, though, for sure (Iāve known people who got RA or lupus at 30 which, ugh). I hope meds and other methods can help you manage though. š

Health scares are soā¦scary (lol), especially when they come on fast, and so strong. Had one a couple years ago, but it didnāt last long at least, so that was good, but freaked me out. Yours lasted so long and still goes! Itās great that you feel the improvement though
