I transitioned in that environment myself and feel pretty qualified to speak on it. I lived stealth early in my transition, as most people did when I transitioned. We specifically fought for rights so it wasn't necessary to live like that because we understood how dangerous and precarious it was.

Yeah I'd say 70% given how he talked about it and the specific way he pushed back when i first came out, def seemed like something he had already done the math on and decided wasn't worth it. Also decent odds my younger sister is transmasc of some stripe
