You could've spent this year protecting the country. Instead, you've spent the past five months walking in step with the Republicans. That's backwards.
I'm in Tucson, and you're showing your colors.

What are *you* doing besides letting this administration ignore the Constitution?
All of us here in Arizona would love it if you pretended to do your job

Tucsonan here.
We don't need your impotent finger-wagging and empty words.

Every time you or your traitorous MAGA pal throw around the term "bipartisan," what I hear is, "I'm happy to surrender the country to fascism. Fuck the American people."
By the way, look out the window on Saturday and see what your constituents are doing.

He really is an endless fount of vitriol and hate, spewing it at every opportunity that he can fabricate.
Perhaps he thinks that, if he keeps it up, people won't blame him for the damage he's wreaking.
Unfortunately, a lot of people are happy to be fooled.

Nothing about this post indicates that you oppose what it does.
Commit to stopping it or shut the fuck up.
Are you going to stop it or do you support it?
comment in response to

You say that, but I have no reason to believe you don't fully support it.
You know, because you're a traitor who's playing an active role in destroying the country and the lives of nearly everyone in it.

The heat of Tucson is not something to be trifled with, & this seems a reasonable solution.
Furthermore: this can shut down a huge part of the heart of the city, which is exciting to think about bc it will have an impact that no one will be able to ignore.
I'm on board. You'll see me on the street

You're a wild piece of shit.

Gotta hand it to you: You're not even pretending anymore that you aren't MAGA.
However, because you refuse to do your job as a senator, you have to resign and open up your seat for someone who is willing to serve the people of Arizona and of the country.
Get the fuck out of Congress.

Too many Arizonans—too many Americans—are waiting for you to do your duty after the Executive continuously defies the Constitution.
Do your fucking job, you treasonous sack of worthless.

What about you, Mark?
I'm sitting here in Tucson, just wondering when you and Sinema II are going to start pretending you have a duty to the Constitution and to the country.
comment in response to

I'm not really surprised anymore that you seem to be letting him do as he pleases. You know, instead of doing your duty as a member of government.
What do I know, though? I'm just a Tucsonan.

It's super confusing, a fact which can only harm us.
That said, I'm coming to the conclusion —perhaps wrongly—that June 6 is a smaller-scope thing meant to focus on veterans, whereas this appears to be a broad-scope anti-regime day of protest.
That's the best I can figure, anyway.

Day of action, huh?
April 19 was downgraded to "day of action" because there wasn't enough time to make it a day of protest like originally planned.
We need mass protests; we need a spectacle in the form of world crowds.
There's enough time.
It needs to be a Day of Protest to dwarf April 5

To be sure, though, I *want* to assemble in mass protests in opposition to the regime.
I lament, however, that the protests don't really even seem to purport to do that anymore.
comment in response to
post
Are they? The messaging has become muddled. Nearly every protest announcement that I've seen has been expressly about something other than the regime.
I contend that's why protest turnout had dropped.
I'm all for labor rights, but the protests have really begun to miss the forest for the trees.

Gallego might as well have an R next to his name and I don't have much faith in Kelly at this point, either.
Their occasional "this is bad" posts don't mean anything when they don't take a stand against it
comment in response to

That's who *you* are hurting, dumbass.
You're moving right in step with your R confederates, making all this happen.
Make no mistake: You are a traitor to your country and to its people.

I could do it better than the current guy and I would be absolutely terrible at it.
Then again, I wouldn't actively try to destroy the country, so...

The "asshole in the back laughing the whole time" is you, isn't it, you piece of shit?
You are letting it all happen, after all.
Not only that, but you have personally helped make it happen.

You are directly responsible for the shitshow.
You.

When facebook was new, it was limited to college students. It wasn't so much about reconnecting with old friends as it was about connecting with other students on campus.

Back down from what? You've done nothing but support the regime.
You have no place in Congress.

Remove yourself. Now.
You are a traitor.
Every second that you are not actively working toward ending the fascist regime that has taken our country is a second spent demonstrating that you are a traitor.
You are a traitor.
You took an oath, remember?
You are a traitor.
comment in response to

Bending over for the regime doesn't count as fighting, you traitorous shitstain.
Resign. We need someone who will actually fight. You demonstrate every day that you are not that someone.
You are a disgrace.
You are a traitor.
Get the fuck out of Congress.

I'm a Tucsonan, your constituent.
Right now, our biggest problem is residing in the White House, defying the Constitution.
We need you to stop it.
Arizona's other senator had made it very clear that he's part of the regime. Are you?
