Having a coding free evening. I've spend quite a lot of time recent assembling, patching, splicing and generally hacking binary data into NES ROM format so I can try and recover lost game builds. In the 1990's and 2000's, I used a CoStar LabelWriter II Plus to print shipping labels for my shareware games. CoStar's driver didn't support the II Plus on 32-bit machines, so I wrote this. It emulates a LabelWriter XL and converts the datastream to LabelWriter II Plus format. Now on GitHub. 😃

Impossible to understate how important HyperCard was to the classic Mac era, even if Apple themselves (and esp. Steve) never seemed to understand that. It put software creation in the hands of an entire generation that might never have considered it, and was just damn fun to play with to boot.
