Park rangers shouldn't be refreshing email in the wilderness.
The delivery driver for USPS doesn't need to check email while on a route. (Or really at all.)

the gpedit fix "works" for now but if you're on home (and some reports on pro) it's probably gonna get flipped back on again at some point

iirc the setting in the settings app is limited based on which edition of windows you're using - so home can't do it at all, pro used to be able to but they've been fucking around with that, and enterprise still can for now if it's not administratively disabled
