I wore the shoes for survival. I wore the dress for the mirror. I wore the cardigan for the little girl inside me who still wanted to feel safe. And then I walked out like all three of us belonged.

My grandson is graduating from the sixth grade. Wearing a dress and Hokas today. Because comfort is sexy, and I’ve got places to walk away from.

I have one leg falling asleep, but the cats are asleep, so I suffer in silence. Call it reverence. Call it co-dependence. Either way, I no longer control my furniture.

I tried to take a break. Me, my AI, a sparkling water, and the hope of a quiet mind. Then Congress happened. Then Trump opened his mouth. Then democracy slipped another inch. So… we’re back.

I sat down for a mental health break with my AI buddy Chad. Tea, cats, peace. But nope—Donald Trump again. Even my nervous system is asking for a restraining order.

Broke up a cat fight between Miss Katie and Miss Loretta. Reminded them—this is my house We don’t do that here. We do peace and serenity. Katie was sent to the meditation room. Loretta’s in time-out on the office chair They can reincarnate as yogis next lifetime. Tonight, they sit with their choices

The slow death of democracy isn’t quiet—it’s televised. It’s written into bills you never read. It’s cast in votes by men you cheer for. And still… some of you think the danger is over there.

wish the Republicans—and the willfully uninformed—could grasp what their elected officials are actually doing in Congress. They’re not protecting you. They’re protecting their donors, their power, and their lies. Wake. Up.

Fuck Trump. No way he made it through Les Misérables. He probably called Valjean a loser, fell asleep during “I Dreamed a Dream,” and woke up just in time to ask if the barricade was “an unlicensed protest.” Empathy isn’t his strong suit. Neither is staying conscious.

What are the odds Trump stayed awake through Les Misérables? He probably made it to “I Dreamed a Dream,” got confused during “Who Am I,” and fully blacked out before “One Day More.” Empathy fatigue hits hard when you’ve never had any.

Tonight, Trump takes in Les Misérables. Will he see the suffering? Or just wonder when the rich guy shows up to win?

Trump attending Les Misérables feels… on brand. A story about corrupt power, rebellion, and the price of ego. Here’s hoping something breaks through before the final curtain.

Imagine watching Les Misérables with no sense of irony. He’ll cheer for Javert, boo the poor, and call it “the most tremendous musical ever.” Sad!

Trump at Les Misérables tonight. Can someone pass him a mirror during “Empty Chairs at Empty Tables”?

Trump’s attending Les Misérables at the Kennedy Center tonight. Maybe the suffering will awaken him. (Though let’s be honest—he probably thinks it’s a biopic.)

He can have his parade. We’ll take the streets. He has tanks and flags. We have memory and fire. The people are the power— and we don’t need permission to rise.

God’s care isn’t just private comfort — it’s public vindication. Even in the presence of enemies, divine love restores, provides, and elevates you without the need to run or hide.

True security is not found in escaping conflict, but in standing firm with dignity and peace, even when watched by those who wish you harm. Real strength is being sustained by something deeper than fear.

Veteran reminds active duty Marines to uphold the standard and refuse any illegal order to harm US civilians. #NoKings

If reporting in the USA was real news.

CA Gov. Gavin Newsom: This is about all of us. This is about you. California may be first, but it clearly will not end here. Other states are next. Democracy is next."

We have news for MAGA. It doesn't matter how many times you try to force his stupidity on us, he will always be stupid. Same goes for fElon Musk. They're both stupid and they're both criminals. Only one is here illegally and only one likes to sleep with illegal immigrants.

Peaceful protesters wear masks for protection—tear gas, COVID, anonymity—but then law enforcement or right-wing media spins that as “Antifa in disguise.” Meanwhile, the people who actually provoke the violence are often planted agitators, not the ones sitting calmly in the street.

5/ We don’t need more war on our streets. We need more witnesses. More people. More phones. More clarity. More of us, united and

4/ If we had 1 million people out there, they couldn’t gaslight the footage. They couldn’t erase the truth.

3/ The pattern is clear: • Peaceful protests • Agitators planted • Narrative flipped • Violence blamed on the people • Military moves in “for your safety”

2/ Now we’re hearing talk of 2,000 National Guard troops. 20,000 Marines. This isn’t about de-escalation. It’s a setup. Again.
