Hey @amdujon.bsky.social - we built sequenceserver.com exactly for that purpose back when we sequenced the first ant genomes. (Sequenceserver has a bunch of graphics and import/export options that can help interpretation too).

(We'd been using it for our research since forever (needed more flexibility than NCBI had for unpublished genomes/transcriptomes)) - actually that's why we initially built the software

Hopefully just a hiccup.
We switched to using SequenceServer BLAST for teaching because:
- its fast
- graphics and colors are intuitive
- we control the data (so we know what students will see)
- we can track engagement for asynchronous activities.
