Woke up here in Glasgow and decided I won't cycle to work today. Too wet and windy. Only cycled one day last week due to ice and cold.

The trams cost is at least 4 x the initial estimate unlike the SNP's Queensferry Crossing which came in at 1/4 of a billion £ cheaper than estimated. The trams were also 11yrs late.
