I saw it when I was a kid so I don't really remember. LOL
Last time it erupted was in 1944. Now it's "quiescent". Not dead and under observation.

Etna is the most famous because it's big and reguarly erupts (and lava comes out).
If Vesuvio erupted (and Naples DOES NOT WANT THAT!!), I think it would be earthquakes and TONS of ash (see Pompei).
Stromboli should be like Etna. Also very active.
Italians sure love danger. LOL

No worries! XD I remember Italian volcanoes only because I'm from Italy and they are just 3. LOL
Naples is close to Vesuvio, but the surrounding area is the super dangerous one. Not volcano shaped. XD
I'm VERY far from those, but still on seismic zone, though, from 1 to 10, I'm at... 2/3?

My fav so far is sliced tofu (the firm one) pan fried in seed oil, then you remove from the heat and you add a mix of soy sauce, corn starch, vinegar, sugar and mix it in till it firms up.
