Fantastic book, fantastic narrator, fantastic platform that lets you make sure your bookstore of choice gets a portion of the profits... Recommend on all fronts.

OMG that is SO MUCH WORSE than when a book is only okay and then ends badly. Such a disappointment, when it's a genuinely GOOD BOOK and then fails to stick the landing.

This sounds like correct priorities to me.

Oh that is frustrating! I hope you're able to carpool anyway, if you decide it's worth the attempt. (Why do kids' car seats have to be so endlessly daunting and difficult to wrangle?)

I am not a baker, but I'm absolutely going to recommend these titles to the friends I bully into baking for me -- so the recommendations are very much appreciated. 😁

I ran into that with my most recent contacts exam and I was PERPLEXED. I'm not sure if it's actually that my eyes got fractionally less awful, or if the test itself is just wobbly enough that there's a prescription-level margin of error, but it seems very strange.

Agree powerfully with this whole sentiment! It's such a conundrum, because the books I OWN are the ones I was excited enough to spend actual money on -- but the books from the library are time-sensitive, so I keep prioritizing those in a crunch. Such are the mind games we play with ourselves. XD

Google drive tried to convince me "the" isn't a word the other day. The frustration is SO REAL.
