THIS. 👏👏👏 Dolly is an INTERNATIONAL treasure (I am not American). She could have chosen to selfishly sit on her pile of gold but always CHOSE to quietly feed that gold into bettering things for others. No need for glory, just happily sharing her fortune. A genuinely good human. 🩷

Dolly actually built Dollywood in a very poor area of her home state where she had grown up . The purpose was to offer jobs and a boost out of poverty .

Thur I drove 90 miles north, crossed the border into Osoyoos, went to Spirit Ridge, had lunch. Apologized to the border guy, my waiter & waitress, ordered lunch, had desert, tipped well. I'll try to spend more of my money in Canada. I'm so ashamed.🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 I❤️Canada‼️🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
