Psl = Private/Personal Story Line. RPer lingo for a storyline set up by 2 or 3 players outside of a game.
Basically assume you used a mod to make Gortash in the CC and thought up in-game reasons why he is suddenly there and nobody recognizes him. That's the story being played out.
