I had jobs where proof of measles vaccination was needed. I found it easier to just get another shot, rather than wait for titers. Measles is a painful illness which can cause blindness, deafness, brain damage, loss of immunity, pneumonia, and death. Oh, and your skin and throat lining peel off..

This is the most ambivalent order I think I've ever read. The government needs to "facilitate" Garcias return. No time defined, and he may still need to defend himself in court? Is that what it says? And this took 3 days for them to deliver this verdict?
