The charge in Mill’s case was a misdemeanor, which in DC has a statute of limitations of 3 yrs. Felonies, tho? statutes of limitation of 6+ years. So ppl w Rs in their titles may have more a temporary reprieve than a get-out-of-jail-forever card, depending on 2028. Hope someone keeps a list.
