Here is the progress on the house I am working on. Wall was sagging pretty bad. Dug out a usable crawlspace and poured a concrete footer and put the wall on posts for better support. Its nice getting to do hands on work after 5+ years in the IT trenches.

For real. Not having to pay rent will be the big reward. At least now when i pay it will go into home repairs. The place im renting is leaking from the ceiling and the real estate company has no interest in fixing it 😡

Idr where I heard it from but someone said that we have no choice but to be okay. It might be a long road to get there but we will get there. Doing the work isnt a choice as its that or dont exist at all. In my community I am working on taking care of as many people as I can. We can do it together
