He HAS said that Spamton's weird speech patterns are similar to how he speaks IRL when being silly. So yeah, Toby's a silly bean, & made Spamton reflect part of him. :3

I can't help but wonder if you might be suffering from smoke inhalation. :/ Even if the fires have been held back, you've been stuck breathing that stuff for quite a while. It can have long-term effects sometimes.
