I have committed typo "4th sheet" this is what happens when I never finished the bio sheet aaaaaa
comment in response to post
This is when I originally worked on it, but I felt theme-ing needed to be done, especially with so many bright colors on a white background.

Back before I left twitter, one of your cable YCH auctions got stuck in the back of my brain. So it sat there in my mind for a long time lol. No problem, artists need mention that their works have impact beyond consideration at times.

Stared at settei in a different font and now am confused and concerned if I have been drawing one part of the kanji wrong... AAAAAAAAAAAAAA

The main inspiration for this work was @belial43157741.bsky.social 's works and often offers such dress ware and tech look in ych (your character here) and commissions.

For those who saw the early inking of this in prior posts. This was the ink prior to the coloring.

EX: because concerns over nightshade was brought up You cannot keep nightshade (or web glaze) at lowest or default settings, you have to go higher if you want your work to mess with the results discord ai pops out. This does mean the quality will be impacted, pick your poison situation.

Myths: - banning bots helps - bots are scraping (they are opt-in by use, granted you can ban them anyways if you don't trust they will stay that way) Usage of what is suggested in this thread is to reduce or counter the use of these bots. If you want them gone, underuse is how due to costs. 5/5
comment in response to post
In this case Glaze is less helpful than nightshade, for people who don't have tech that can run nightshade, you can use web glaze instead. Just won't be as effective. Again, this doesn't poison the gen AI, only causes the users of it to not get what they want out of your images. Cont => 4/5
comment in response to post
Nightshade is not used for the intended purpose of poisoning AI in this case as the gen AI are not training. Instead it is used to make the AI false ID your works to pop out something unintended. Use where you feel is necessary or if you want to nightshade.cs.uchicago.edu/whatis.html Cont => 3/5

Server settings: Disable external apps in role permissions (click view server as role to see in effect while inside role settings) This disables Restyle and Faceswap from being used, but the other two still can. Apps bypass server bans, so this limits the AI to only 2 Notes => 2/5
comment in response to post
Contributing: -Turning off external apps only disables Restyle and Faceswap -Linked/embed media don't have these options Result: only 2 of the ai, less moderator upkeep. People have to download images if they are links to do it in private, which is effort and reduces likelihood/make irritating.
comment in response to post
Turning that off grays two out, Restyle and Faceswap. The other two don't. So those two are unable to be clicked for use. While yes, they can just use in private, they don't appear for linked/embed images, so they have to download to do it, effort. 2 still remain but less moderator burden
comment in response to post
Note 3 cont. This will not poison the gen ai partnered with discord in this case, only poison the results of what the ai slops out, being nothing like what is expected due to how nightshade works. The ai will think the image being fed to it is something completely different.
comment in response to post
Note 3: While nightshade and glaze haven't proven themselves effective against AI because it requires everyone online to use it to be effective, Nightshade can be used to double protect your linked art by making these ai pop out unexpected results from the poisoning. Only if you wish to do this.
comment in response to post
Additional note: I shared this some months back but seems to not be spread enough. The options to send these to the gen ai, do not appear if the image is a link or embed. Only directly posted images have the options. A person has to go through extra effort to use them in this case.
comment in response to post
Will note: this only turns off Faceswap and Restyle from members being able to use them (already read the replies on this post) The other two cannot be turned off with this method but it at least does reduce moderation work for your server if you don't want these there.

Why did I have an extended partition? Windows made it when I split my nvme drive in half. How did I know this was the issue? Certainly no guide, no post. I was staring at my partitions when it hit me that partitions inside extended are a partition inside a partition, so boot didn't want to be nested
comment in response to post
On that note: People should probably add to guides that boot partitions hate trying to be made on an extended partition. I had cachyOS fail to install because it was trying to make a boot partition on extended. This ended up breaking my windows boot beyond repair and I had to re-install windows.

I have friends who are strictly sfw and while they do have content filters on, this is bluesky. We have more freedom here and easy account switching. It felt like a much nicer deal to my mutuals to make a nsfw account so that they would have less spoilered content in their feed to scroll past.
comment in response to post
I guess continue to try to tell NSFW artists that content setting your work actually gives you more visibility, this isn't twitter. There are feeds that will gladly show your nsfw if you mark it, better than being blacklisted on sfw. Also I made a split nsfw account because it felt considerate.

I love Pokken, before the leaks it was the main thing I pointed to in regards to the designs. Which the materials these pokemon have in Pokken are canon. (There is an interview) The game is fun too, granted I got left behind on WiiU when everyone moved to Switch (still lack one)
comment in response to post
Unless Pokemon Co gets Creates inc to make these kinds of models, we are out of luck (Creatures makes a majority of assets) This would require a commitment to a high quality game to pull off, so we'd need several years of dev time to get an optimized game to have them on screen. Which they refuse.

I have heard rebuttal to this, how this doesn't keep art safe. Artists posting their art online, eat the reality that downloads and other things are outside control, acceptable losses. This is just how to reduce the number of ai uses outside of artist consent and maybe none for that one image.

This refusal to do anything because you are waiting for a 100% solution is going to make you wait your entire life. Screaming at people to not use their methods because it doesn't solve 100% is getting in the way of stacking methods to make improved ones. A fire fighter doesn't just wear a mask.

The value of my art was based on what they saw in museums, and what they were taught to think is the big leagues (Disney is cut throat, you don't get hired to work at Disney for 50 years, you have to fight to stay) It hindered my art progress growing up... nothing but comfort art
comment in response to post
This is funny, I got double slapped "I wish someone would notice you and hire you" and "Stop drawing 'the same things' ", "don't draw that, it's not going to land you a job", "you should focus on something other than art" They expected me to draw landscapes and human faces on fish museum style
comment in response to post
Do note Glaze only really protects your art from future generative ai models being able to use it, but at this rate even a little protection is better than nothing, especially if it is more widely used.
comment in response to post
Given this is another incident of AI being pushed more in our faces and lack of Artists being able to protect their works, this is another reminder for visual artists to use Glaze and Nightshade to poison their artworks. glaze.cs.uchicago.edu This is a growing need in this crazy age.

Doesn't turning external apps off in a server mean they can do it elsewhere or do it through the bot privately? Yes but it makes it more difficult. How can I stop this? Take to growing a crowd against discord to at least allow us to be able to turn this off. We need to force their hand. =>
comment in response to post
Is my art safe?! If someone clicks an option, your art gets shoved into the ai. External (and discord image links) sharing makes the images immune from this button. Can I turn these off? Animate and Roast are first party so no. The other two can be disabled by turning external apps off =>
