not to say they can't be like that of course, i acknowledge that MrBeast-over the top editing exists and is designed to be as attention grabbing as possible

and also i just think that youtube-style videos aren't as predatory on our attention spans as feeds of quick vertical videos that you can just scroll through without any thought

from my perspective his killing had a net positive impact on the world: it got people talking about health insurance more, it made people more aware of the class divide and it resulted in one less mass murderer on the loose
