I also hit Master rank with Honda in SF6 today. I've played it on and off in between games and happy to finally check this off the old gaming bucket list. I'm way scrubbier than in my SF4 hey day, but at least I'm not completely hopeless.

Just a pretty sweet Balatro run

@kenarneson.bsky.social my favorite ee gammings poem in a while

I was 25 in 2011 and watched/attended way too many A's games that year. This was the most confident I've ever been on a home run since I started playing

To be a milkshake duck, you must have been beloved in the first place, but holy cow this is literally happening within hours of eachother. These dudes are granted access to the US treasury and literally just some basic googling is enough to make them resign. What are we even doing here

@rokhanna.bsky.social as a constituent what the heck man

A machine where you can pour the bits at the bottom of the tortilla chip bag and it dispenses a small number of complete tortilla chips you can actually dip

It's Ridge Racer! Ridge Racer!

I've been working my way through each stake first but decided to take a break once I realized I never actually won a gold stake run. Didn't take too long but got there with this early Wee Joker run with Plasma deck. Not a build that can go high into Endless but was very fun to keep growing the Wee.

New personal record in Balatro tonight. Had to switch to High Card after finding the Baron but it was worth it.

Never change, amazon book reviews

Both Hill and Chavez should end up as A's for five million a piece. If you're gonna languish in Sacramento at least do it with some old friends.

I just can't get excited for A's signings, y'all. Especially when they're so clearly geared towards trying to get the MLBPA grievance dropped, and to even see them, I'd have to drive 2 hours to Sacramento. Idunno. I already fell out of love and it's weird being in this new stage of life.

Apparently this is a real cap worn by Yankees ushers in the 1960's. I had no idea M. Bison got his start checking ticket stubs in the cheap seats, but it kind of tracks.

Well well well if it isn't the latest game from @briangamesmckay.bsky.social. Very excited to learn it, introduce it to my friends, get blown out by my much smarter friends, blame Brian, learn it again, and then finally think I've actually learned it this time. All jokes aside, this looks great.

raheem morris going back in the locker room at the ends of both halves trying to play his unused timeouts

I remember when Instagram was a photo sharing site

A's fans who grew up fast idolized Rickey. Just the best kind of player to grow up watching. Exciting, consistent, clutch. I met him once while working at a restaurant and he was incredibly gracious with his time. Always had time for fans. Rest in peace, king. There will never be another Rickey.

An unreasonably unlucky run, and even after selling the Legendary joker that disables boss blinds. No one man should have this much power.

This run felt like it should have gone further, but maybe I spent too much time investing in five card hands when i should have just been playing for high card and holding kings. This joker set felt insane though
