I'm not sure what to make of the mixed results. The viral load in many locations continues to fall, while it has risen by more than 10% a week for the last 7 straight weeks in Ringsend.

Private sector developers will not saturate the market enough to solve the problem as that would lower the prices and demand for their product. A state builder is needed, but maybe also a return to a 2.5x income mortgage limit. Nobody should be paying a mortgage for 35 years on an "affordable home."

Can you please let us know why there have been no National Wastewater Surveillance Reports published since week 50 of 2024?

Could be storm related, maybe?

Oh boy, when my low tolerance for frustration collides head on with my increasing clumsiness as the mental capacity needle swings towards The Big Red E. This ☝️ is what happens.

Grateful that we, as men, do not have to contend with Mental Health and instead only have to deal with an occasional touch of Envy caused by Tiny Telly Syndrome.
