Is there an app that lets me run a *local* LLM and point it to a folder on the file system automatically for every chat? I want to say “always look at my local Obsidian folder of markdown notes before responding to me.”

Does anyone have experience selling an app? I’m considering selling theinterviewerapp.com. It has a solid and growing (small) revenue stream and helps lots of people, which I love. But this is a hobby and my time is limited so it may be time to let it go to clear more brain space for new projects.
