It’s the telecoms, not Twilio that are to blame. Or perhaps the spammers that caused the telecoms to get more strict with their rules.

Dude don’t get me started on this. Awhile back I had a business idea involving LLM powered sms bots and this madness was one of the things that made me abandon the idea.
