I'm in Oregon and was lucky enough (as a single momma doing it 100% on my own) to get my house back in '16 before rates went crazy. But some days I wish I was renting still because the headache & financial hits of being responsible for EVERYTHING is so draining. Just dropped $18K for a new roof. 🤢
