I worked with a narcissistic bully once and the thing is… you can try to appease them for a while and be friendly and nice to try to get them to come along… But it will never be enough for them. It’s always better to just do what’s right despite them.

we need to stop stacking friday and saturday parties 3 at a time. going to 3 spots in one night is not sustainable. promoters, talk to each other and coordinate. weekday parties would give you more days to work with, too.

Increasing understanding that friction can be socially beneficial, eg. it’s better if you have to go to physical casino to gamble rather than seamless mobile gambling.
