China bought none of the extra $200 billion they said they would in the Phase 1 trade agreement. And if you read the agreement you would have seen that there was NO enforcement mechanism and NO penalty. The Appendix only said that there would be meetings if the numbers were no good. Trump got played

Has ANYONE asked him about the Phase 1 Trade agreement he negotiated? It was a historical failure. China didn’t buy any of the extra $200 billion worth of exports that was promised. And this idiot had no reasonable recourse or penalty written into the agreement.
