Very cool data. But do you think geography could explain some of this? If I'm a young man living in a coastal metro area, then a) I am right to be worried about housing affordability, and b) I am more likely to vote Dem anyway, right?

This argument seems to be a favorite among those who want to downplay the benefits of plant-based, but this is a particularly egregious example given the whole point of the article is to cover a study that shows the opposite.

This is great. Is the underlying dynamic something like, jokes shift scrutiny away from the person who espouses the misogynist belief over to the person who "doesn't get" the joke?
