Built by the Boot. Mostly food ramblings and dog pictures. World’s okayest tailgater, LSU alum, amateur cook, bad fly fisherman, worse runner. Chances are I’ve given you a beer and a plate of food. Views are mine. #DVATailgating

There’s one as close as Pensacola and honestly it might be worth doing paired with an impromptu beach day later on this year.

It’s a perfect meal, nutritional quality be damned. Instant dopamine hit. What more could you want?

I’d have to check to see how it’s done but probably a Buffalo medium since I recall ranch being on the side. I’d probably double on the ranch, eat the thing with a fork, and dip as needed.

Shoutout to Expedition Theme Park for starting a series on themed restaurants with Hard Rock Cafe and making me want to eat garbage chain restaurant food.

Honestly if I had to pick a Serie A club it would have to be Fiorentina, between the purple and the fleur de lis.

Yeah honestly I might like this better than the big national chains. And the price point/convenience is hard to beat, ready in 10 minutes and I don’t have to wait through any traffic lights. I won’t snag a whole pie from there often, but it’ll happen again in the future for sure.

My senior year of college, we had a freshman in the trumpet section who stayed strapped with nunchucks, most of us found out when we were all trashed at a party and he (sober) decided that was the time to practice using them. I hope he’s well.

Our publishing server went down with ten days to print the biggest document my office produces. I logged 20ish of OT in that span, getting it fully functional and finally producing a print-ready document within deadline. My superiors logged OT reviewing it on the weekend. We work our asses off.

Baton Rouge is actively hostile to pedestrians, but shoutout to running for helping me discover the areas that are a.) less so and b.) contiguous without having to cross a road that’s more than four lanes total and has protected crosswalks. This place is Stroad City, USA, and I hate it sometimes.
