Yehuda, which also is the origin of the word Jew in English (in which Yehuda means “people from Judah”
Zion - in Hebrew Tzion, which is a synonym for Jerusalem and the land of Israel as a whole
Ivriya - From the root Ivrit, meaning Hebrew, and would essentially mean land of the Hebrews ➡️

I also think it’s due to migration. Ashkenazi Jews emerged as a distinct group around the 9th century CE, and they settled in the Rhineland is what is now France and Germany. Eventually, many moved eastward in what is now Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine and Russia
