Excuse the absence, been to the ER & Urgent Care Clinic twice. I'm feeling slightly better and getting a specialist that's top notch to take care of me. I was feeling extremely dizzy and my eyesight was blurry, I couldn't breathe and kept coughing up orange & green. feelin better

I really don't want my depression & anxiety/Negativity to get a hold of others and poison others and myself over and over again so... I'm going to take medication for it, I've been afraid to take it for the last 2 years now. I've had enough, seen others say a lot about self care.
