I'm glad to see the "enjoy the camps" liberals have diversified their portfolio to include "enjoy homelessness" on my timeline. These people run election campaigns on being the "good guys" somehow.

Cool thing of the day: Colgera's theme remains a highlight of TotK. There's something to be added in regards to Molgera, the Wind Waker boss being referenced, but the youtube comment section has that part covered.

Cool thing of the day: All right, I still like Xenoblade X base-game content, so I'll still shout some covers of that. Making non-vocal covers removes some of the barriers for unironic enjoyment. Like I love Xeno X music, but it's better if you actively don't pay attention to the lyrics.

Rushed through the ending to Xenoblade DE and man (in a bad way). Major Spoiler Warning, obviously: I had a whole rant here, but I decided against posting it and I'll skip to the chase instead. I fucking hated it. Xenoblade writing is such complete and utter garbage.

Cool thing of the day: One piece of the Xenoblade X OST that really flies under the radar is the ocean theme. You don't spend a lot of time out there. The day version has arabic vocals (Don't know if they're good/accurate but it's Sawano so I wouldn't bet money on it).

Cool thing of the day: Almost forgot, so I'll improvise. Obviously, I've been playing Xenoblade X DE and it's not my first rodeo. But something I didn't anticipate from this playthrough is how many lines I would laugh at. Mostly the dialogue choices, there's peak comedy in there.

Xenoblade Chronicles X doesn't have mechanics for avoiding enemy detection, I'm told. "I looked this up, to make sure that I'd got it right, and I did." Normally I'd not bother, but the "I looked this up" part forced my hand a little.
