The Great Stone Viaduct of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. Built in 1871, it was constructed to carry rail traffic over the Ohio River from Bellaire, Ohio to Benwood, West Virginia. It was built to be reminiscent of ancient Roman aqueducts.

Especially like the first one, the "new" and the old juxtaposed.
The iron ones remind me of the Loop in Chicago.
I actually saw some Roman aqueducts in France many years ago over some pretty deep valleys, impressive structures.
