the thing is people can and do separate products from their CEO’s politics all the time, mostly because the list of CEOs with good politics probably fits on a post-it note
but Elon wants Tesla to be a referendum on how we personally feel about him so here’s our verdict: fuck you, asshole, you suck

I suspect that, for many, the cybertruck is emblematic of Musk. Big, brash, badly made, doesn't live up to its publicity, stands out in a crowd.
So fuck him, and fuck them by proxy.
left with nothing. It’s a bad product sold on a cult of personality that’s rapidly souring.
Absolute crybabies.
How can we not hate these assholes?
- a lot of companies make products that are far harder to do without
- if you need a truck there are better/cheaper options, you have to really want a cybertruck
- most evil CEOs aren't constantly going out of their way to remind everybody how evil they are
Who remembers Cheetah Chat?
I don’t have to overpay for a shitty car that’s been recalled a dozen time and contribute to the multi billion dollar pay package of someone literally taking a chainsaw to the government
The products (Tesla, Starlink, X, SpaceX, whatever else) mostly suck.
The CEO entirely sucks.
Not sure separating the two accomplishes much here anyway; especially as this CEO's decisions have almost always made the products worse.
Fuck around and find out
This dipshit, like JKR, sees their work and their success as an endorsement of their rotten values and uses it accordingly.
Musk being a combination of Tesla mascot and AmeriNazi Grand Vizier is not.
I mean
hypothetically
However now you have the Tesla and palantirs of the world with ceos openly espousing their junk views into the public/company culture/shareholder letters.
Interested to see how it plays out
I thought Tesla was a cool car and even ordered one right around the time he was falling into MAGA, but my wife expressed concerns, and I agreed, we canceled it.
Bought a VW ID.4. Great choice.
but this was in like 2014 when the model S was the only one, and when we found out who he really was
(plus i came to appreciate a manual gearbox and well...)
But unless Musk is ousted from Tesla and the company cuts ties with him, I'm not interested in his nazimobiles.
